Given the size of our warehouse and the warehouse team, we have split our products up into different packages depending on the type and size of the products. Each package is packed independently to speed up the picking and packing process. This means the moment that part of your order is ready, we will ship it off and send it out to you. You may get multiple boxes in your order, and on the odd occasion these might arrive on different days depending on when they are dispatched. You will be able to check this in your order dispatch email and see what will be in each box.

We understand that sometimes your pet just can't wait to get their paws on their favorite treats or toys - which is why we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-25 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
